Hotel, location, equipment and breakfast everything was in order

The reception staff was unfriendly

The staff was very welcoming and pleasant - we would have extended the stay. The bed was very large and the room was spotless. The location couldn't be more great to beach or main shopping centre. Moreover, it's close enough to Aparthotel Marinada in April 2010, the local restaurants and the bus stop close by. There was an outdoor bar.

Unexpected fun in family stay

We enjoyed our daily breakfasts on the balcony, soaking in the charming surroundings. The housekeeping staff were friendly, we had clean towels and a cozy room.

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby disco made it challenging to sleep with the balcony open. The limited availability of pools and insufficient cleaning on check-in was disappointing.

Very clean hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was good and the location was fairly good not too noisy and close to bus stops

Awesome place with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me find my way when I first arrived. I'll keep coming back for a city break!

Made amistake when booking thinking our 13 year old was classed a child staff very sympathetic and did not charge us. Very clean . never had to queue for a sunbed.Close to all facilities salou has to offer.

Everybody staying at hotel was spanish no other choildren to play with.All entertainment in spanish only. Food geared towards spanish taste as well. It did not spoil our holiday as spanish don't seem to sit around pool untill about 4pm leaving it lovely and empty untill then!!!!

Our duplex room was newly renovated and clean, giving us the perfect cozy atmosphere! The kids' club was fantastic, keeping everyone entertained with fun activities. Breakfasts on the balcony with a view of the pool were the cherry on top of our good stay!

Friendly Staff, nice buffet at meal times, rooms cleaned every day with clean towels supplied daily.

There are no hand rails on the bath for getting in and out, there are also no banisters on the stairs. For older people this could be very dangerous.

Great looking hotel in an incredible position on the beach. Warm and delicious start of the day with chocolate, tea and milk. The service in general was EXCELLENT. Everything lovely.

Superb family-friendly vibe with clean facilities, kids activities, and a fantastic pool. The mini golf and nightly entertainment were highlights!

Value for money. Not far from the sea beach. Quite good pool in the garden. Good personnel.

Standardly (for Salou) noisy. If you want to have calm rest go to countryside in Spain.As a rule in Salou center possible to go to bed at noon if are drunken or have earplugs with you.
